Sesame Flatbread Crackers Christmas is on the way, time for the celebration. This Sesame Flatbread Crackers looks simple but probably played an important part in this Christmas celebration. Ingredients For the dough:

- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast 
- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 1 cup all plain flour

- 1 tablespoon black sesame seed

- 1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- 1/8 teaspoon salt

 

For topping:

- 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil for brushing

- flaky sea salt (sprinkles before put into the oven)

 

Instructions

1. For the dough part combined all the ingredients together, knead until very well combined and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

2. Preheat the oven at 160 degrees.

3. Divided the dough into small pieces (10-15g) Rolls the dough with a rolling pin until thin as paper. Laying on a baking tray. Brushed each piece with some Olive Oil and sprinkled with flaky salt then put into the oven for about 10-12 minutes. Keep checking when halfway and turned the tray around to let them cook evenly.
